Azabu Catholic Church
Meeting Schedule

Station: Roppongi

DIRECTIONS AND ACCESS INFORMATION

This is a temporary location, only used when the Franciscan Chapel Center is having their bazaar, usually during the month of October. This year, from Monday, September 29, 2008 ~ Wednesday, October 22, 2008, meetings will be held here on the 2nd floor.

Please don't forget to take your shoes off before going upstairs.
(Slippers will be prepared around the bottom of the stairs.) Thank you.

ADDRESS: 3-21-6 Nishi Azabu, Minato-ku, Tokyo

DIRECTIONS:

Take the Hibiya or Oedo Subway Line to Roppongi Station, take Exit C1 and follow the underground passageway to Roppongi Hills. Do not go up the main escalators to the second floor. Instead, veer to your right and you will see a sign for Roppongi Street. Go up to the street level there. A big overhead freeway will be in front of you and you will be on Roppongi Dori (Roppongi Street). Turn to your left and go straight. You will need to cross several big intersections. Keep walking down this street for several blocks, and gradually you will go down a slope. Turn left at the corner with a bar that has a green sign on one side and a glass building on the other. You'll see The Azabu Catholic Church on your right after about a minute. (Please check the map and virtual tour - photos #1-21 for landmarks.)

From Roppongi Station, you can also go to the street level at Exit 1 from the Hibiya line or Exit 3 from the Oedo line, and then turn left and follow the directions above. (See photos #22-25, and then #5-21.)

If you are walking from the Roppongi area, it is no longer necessary to go up and over at Roppongi Hills. You can now cross the street directly.

The church is only about 5 - 7 minutes from Roppongi Hills, but please allow a bit more time the first time you go. (It's about 15 minutes from Roppongi Crossing for those coming from that area.)
