DIRECTIONS AND ACCESS INFORMATION

LINES, STATIONS, AND EXITS:

JR Chuo Line, Yotsuya Station, Kojimachi Exit
JR Chuo Line, Marunouchi and Namboku Subway Lines, Yotsuya Station, Akasaka Exit
Hanzomon, Namboku, Yurakucho Subway Lines, Nagatacho Station, Exit 7
Ginza and Marunouchi Subway Lines, Akasaka-Mitsuke Station, Exit D

Address: 6-2 Kioicho, Chiyoda-ku

From JR Yotsuya Station (JR Chuo Line) take the Kojimachi Exit towards Sophia University, and at the top of the stairs turn right and cross the street. Cross the street again, toward your left. You will be facing a brown round-shaped building which is the chapel. Turn right and follow the road with Sophia University on your left, and cherry trees on your right. When the road ends, you will see the Hotel New Otani up ahead. Turn left there. Kioi Concert Hall will be on your left. Maryknoll is the second building on the left, directly across from the Hotel New Otani. This is about a ten minute walk. (See the virtual tour below, photos #1-2, and 8-13.)

OR also at Yotsuya Station (where the JR Chuo Line, Marunouchi and Namboku subway lines stop) go to the Akasaka exit. Once past the ticket wicket, go straight ahead for a bit, then turn right and cross a bridge. You will see a stop light with the chapel (the brown round-shaped building) ahead. Cross towards it, and from there the directions are the same as above. This is also a ten minute walk. (See the virtual tour below, photos #3-13.)

OR from Nagatacho Station (Hanzomon, Yurakucho and Namboku subway lines), look for for Exit 7 (you have to walk a little ways to Exit 7). After exiting the subway, the Canal will be on your right. Cross the street straight in front of you, and then turn right and cross the bridge over the Canal. Follow the road with the Hotel New Otani on your left. Go straight to the traffic light. Cross the street and turn left. Walk up the hill and look for the Maryknoll Center on your right. The entrance is a walkway with low white walls that winds up a small hill. Go in the door at the end of the walkway. This is about a fifteen minute walk. (See the virtual tour below, photos #14-26, with pictures of Maryknoll on #12 and 13.)

OR from Akasaka-Mitsuke Station (Ginza and Marunouchi subway lines), look for for Exit D (you have to walk a little ways to Exit D). After exiting the subway, turn to face the Canal. Cross the bridge over the Canal and follow the Hotel New Otani on your left. Go straight to the traffic light. Cross the street and turn left. Walk up the hill and look for the Maryknoll Center on your right. The entrance is a walkway with low white walls that winds up a small hill. Go in the door at the end of the walkway. 1. From JR Yotsuya Station Kojimachi Exit. Turn to your right.

2. Cross the street here. Now skip to photo #8.

3. From Yotsuya Station Akasaka Exit - JR, Marunouchi & Namboku Lines.

4. Go straight ahead here.

5. Turn right and cross this bridge.

6. You will see this below you on your right.

7. This will be on your left.

8. Cross toward this building - the chapel- and turn right.

9. Walk along this road.

10. At this point, turn left.

11. This concert hall will be on your left.

12. Maryknoll will be on your left.

13. This is the entrance.

14. From Nagatacho Station Exit 7.

15. Go straight.

16. The canal will be on your right.

17. Cross this intersection. You will be at Exit D shown in the next photo. Keep following the instructions from Exit D.

18. From Akasaka-Mitsuke Station, Exit D.

19. Cross the canal.

20. You will see this building on the right.

21. As the road veers left, the Hotel New Otani will be on your left.

22. Keep going straight.

23. Cross the street here.

24. Cross again to the left and go up the hill.
